Doug’s Lemon Vinaigrette

  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 3 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar or agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves 
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Col. Pabst Worcestershire.

Whisk together all of the above and pour over greens to make a delicious salad!
