- 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Zest from 1/2 lemon
- 3 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons sugar or agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Col. Pabst Worcestershire.
Whisk together all of the above and pour over greens to make a delicious salad!
